These free printable counting worksheets give your child 5 pages of practice with the numbers 1 to 5. On every page children count the pictures in each row and colour in the same number of circles, so the answer is something they can see rather than something they have to remember. Encourage your child to touch each picture once while counting. Touching stops children counting the same picture twice. How to use this worksheet
- Print the page on A4 paper.
- Count the pictures in the row, touching each one as you go.
- Colour in the same number of circles as the pictures you counted.
Let your child finish one page completely before moving on to the next.
