Free Left and Right Worksheets for Kindergarten – Which Side
These free printable left and right worksheets help preschool and kindergarten children learn the two direction words they use every day. The pages rotate between three tasks so children are not doing the same thing ten times: reading a left or right label on each row and circling the picture on that side, circling the arrow that points a given way, and looking at which side of a line a picture sits on and circling the word left or right. Left and right here always mean the sides of the paper as the child looks at it, and no front-facing people are used, so a child is never asked to work out someone else’s left. Knowing left and right helps with lining up, following directions, and reading from left to right. The first page explains both words with arrows and an example row, and the final page is an answer key. Just download, print, and point!
